What is the difference between Custom Design and Personalized Design?
Custom Design: Customers have to choose a design from our existing wide range of curated collection.
Personalized Design: Customers have a more active role on the final design. This goes a step further and provides a shopping experience that tailor to customer's unique preferences and interests, making each final product one-of-a-kind.
Can I make any changes to my order?
When an order is still in Ordered or Processing status (usually within the first 24 hours or less):
We can change (but it is not guaranteed):
Product Size (same price)
Product Color
Shipping Address
Customized or Personalized Information
We cannot change:
Different product
The quantity of the ordered product

Can I cancel my order?
An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.
An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed.

How long does the shipping take?
We are currently shipping to customers within the United States.
We do not ship to customers outside the United States at this time.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please check out our sizing charts - we have one for every item listed in our store, in the product description section.
I have received a wrong / damaged item, what do I do?
Please inspect your order package within 7 days upon order package delivery, and if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@atrendyz.com with photos of wrong / damaged item and order number immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How can I initiate a return?
Return requests due to wrong, defective or damaged item must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving the order package and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a refund.
Returns of damaged / defective / wrong items are not accepted without prior approval by Atrendyz.

Return to Sender / Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Per USPS/UPS/FedEx, returned packages due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations can take up to 30 days or more to be sent back to the sender. Atrendyz is not responsible for orders with incorrect addresses inputted by the customer.
Please be sure to confirm that the address is correct when you place the replacement order to ensure that the package can be delivered without any further issues.
